Do clients need an account to book?โ–พ
No. Clients book through your Nextro link without creating an account. They just enter their name, email, and phone number.
How do I share my booking link?โ–พ
Go to Bookings โ†’ Booking link. Copy your link (e.g. nextroapp.com/book/yourname) and share it anywhere โ€” Instagram bio, WhatsApp, text message, or email signature.
Do I need Stripe to use Nextro?โ–พ
Only if you want to accept card payments online. If you only take cash, you can use Nextro without connecting Stripe.
What fees does Nextro charge?โ–พ
Nextro costs ยฃ9.99/month (founding coach pricing โ€” locked in for life, first 50 coaches only). Coaches always receive their full listed price โ€” no commission is ever deducted from your earnings. A small service fee is added to the client's total at checkout to cover payment processing. Cash payments have no transaction fees.
Can I accept cash payments?โ–พ
Yes. Go to Bookings โ†’ Payments and enable Accept cash. Clients who choose cash will see a confirmation to pay you in person.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?โ–พ
Yes. No minimum contract. Go to Settings and find Manage subscription to cancel. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What is a session pack?โ–พ
A session pack lets clients buy a bundle of sessions upfront โ€” for example, 5 sessions for ยฃ100. Credits are tied to their email address. When they book, they can choose to use a credit instead of paying again.
How do I get paid?โ–พ
Card payments go directly to your connected Stripe account. Nextro does not hold your money. Payouts land in your bank account on Stripe's standard schedule (usually 2โ€“7 business days).
Will clients get a refund if I cancel a session?โ–พ
Yes, automatically for card payments. When you cancel a booked session that was paid by card, Nextro triggers a full refund through Stripe. Cash bookings are not automatically refunded โ€” you would handle that directly with the client.
How do I block a day off?โ–พ
Go to Bookings โ†’ Overview and click Book day off. Choose the date and reason. Nextro removes all free slots that day. If sessions are already booked, you can choose whether to cancel them and issue refunds or credits.
