Session packs
Sell bundles of sessions upfront and let clients use credits when they book.
What are session packs?
A session pack lets a client buy a bundle of sessions upfront at a set price — for example, 5 sessions for £100. Instead of paying each time they book, they use a credit from their pack.
Credits are tied to the client's email address. When they open your booking link, Nextro checks if that email has any remaining credits. If it does, they can choose to use one instead of paying again.
Set up a session pack
- 1Go to Bookings → Session packs.
- 2Enter the number of sessions in the pack — for example, 5 (whole numbers between 1 and 100).
- 3Enter the pack price in GBP — for example, 80.00 (between £1.00 and £5,000.00).
- 4Click Save pack settings.
Once saved, your booking page will show clients the option to buy a pack.
You can only have one active pack configuration at a time. If you want to offer a different bundle size or price, update the settings and save again.
How clients buy a pack
Clients don't need to open a separate page to buy a pack. It's all part of your booking flow.
- 1The client opens your booking link as normal.
- 2They see the option to buy a session pack displayed alongside the individual session price.
- 3If they choose the pack, they're taken to a Stripe checkout for the pack price.
- 4After payment, their email address is credited with the number of sessions in the pack.
Pack purchases appear in your Stripe earnings like any other payment.
How clients redeem credits when booking
Once a client has credits, they can use them instead of paying each time they book.
- 1The client opens your booking link.
- 2They select a slot as normal.
- 3If Nextro detects available credits linked to their email, they'll see the option: Use a session credit or Pay for this session.
- 4If they choose Use a session credit, one credit is deducted and no payment is taken.
Disable session packs
- 1Go to Bookings → Session packs.
- 2Clear both the sessions field and the price field.
- 3Click Save pack settings.
The pack option will no longer appear on your booking page. Existing credits already purchased by clients are not affected — they can still be redeemed if you re-enable packs in the future.
