Payments
How to set up card and cash payments, set your price, and understand where your money goes.
Accept card payments
Nextro uses Stripe Connect to process card payments. Money goes directly from the client to your Stripe account — Nextro never holds your funds.
- 1Go to Bookings → Payments in the sidebar.
- 2If you haven't connected Stripe yet, click Open Payments and follow Stripe's steps to verify your identity and link your bank account.
- 3Once Stripe shows Connected with both charges and payouts enabled, return to Bookings → Payments.
- 4Toggle on Accept card payments.
- 5Enter your session price in the Price (GBP) field.
- 6Click Save payment options.
When card payments are enabled, clients will see a Stripe checkout when they book. After payment, they receive a confirmation with their session details.
Accept cash
Cash payments are handled directly between you and the client. Nextro just records the payment method and status.
- 1Go to Bookings → Payments.
- 2Toggle on Accept cash.
- 3Click Save payment options.
When a client books and chooses cash, they see a confirmation to pay you on the day. Their booking shows as Unpaid in your Bookings page until you manually log it as paid (via the Log booking flow or by noting it in your records).
You can enable both card and cash at the same time. Clients choose their preferred method at checkout.
Set or change your price
The price you set is used for card payments. Cash amounts are agreed between you and the client.
- 1Go to Bookings → Payments.
- 2Update the Price (GBP) field with your new price.
- 3Click Save payment options.
The minimum price is £1.00 and the maximum is £5,000.00. Price changes apply to all future bookings — existing bookings already paid are not affected.
View your earnings and payouts
Your full Stripe dashboard is embedded directly in Nextro so you can see your balance and payouts without leaving the app.
- 1Go to Payments in the sidebar.
- 2The page loads your Stripe dashboard showing available balance, pending balance, payout history, and individual transactions.
Payouts arrive in your bank account on Stripe's standard schedule — typically 2–7 business days after a payment is received. The exact timing depends on your Stripe account settings and country.
Understanding fees
You keep 100% of your listed price.
A small service fee is added for clients at checkout to cover payment processing and keep Nextro commission-free for you.
Coaches receive their full listed price on every card booking. A small service fee is added to the client's total at checkout — you never have any deduction taken from your earnings.
