Choose your working days and hours. Nextro automatically fills your booking page with available times and keeps it live up to a year ahead — no manual updates needed.
You set your weekly template once. Nextro generates all the available times from it automatically. You can block specific dates for holidays or personal days.
Connect card payments (optional)
Connect your Stripe account to accept card payments online. Customers pay at the time of booking — the payment goes directly to your connected bank account via Stripe Connect.
Connecting Stripe takes around 5 minutes. You can also accept cash or in-person payments without Stripe. Stripe is optional.
Share your booking website
Add your booking website link to your Instagram bio, WhatsApp, Google Business profile, or anywhere online. Customers tap the link, choose a service, pick a time, and book.

Do I need to connect Stripe to use Nextro?
No. Stripe is optional. If you only take cash or in-person payments, you can use Nextro to manage your bookings without connecting Stripe. You can add Stripe later from your settings.
Do customers need an account to book?
No. Customers visit your booking website, enter their name, email, and phone number, and complete the booking — no account required on their end.
Can I set different prices for different services?
Yes. Each service has its own name, duration, and price. You can add as many services as you need — all visible on your booking website.
What happens if a customer needs to cancel?
You set your own cancellation policy — the notice window and refund rules. Nextro applies your policy automatically. You control whether late cancellations receive a refund.
How do I get paid?
Card payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to your connected bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule. For cash appointments, payment is made directly to you — Nextro tracks it in your dashboard.
