Do I receive my full session price?
Yes, always. Nextro never deducts commission from your earnings. If you charge £50 per session, you receive exactly £50. A small service fee is added to the client's checkout total — it never comes out of your listed price.
What does the client service fee actually look like?
Here's a real example: you charge £50 for a session. Your client pays £51.73. You receive exactly £50. The service fee covers payment processing costs and keeps Nextro commission-free for coaches. Cash payments have no service fee.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new coach gets a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected upfront, but you won't be charged until day 8. Cancel anytime before then and you won't pay a thing.
What happens after the 50 founding spots are gone?
New coaches will pay £19.99/month — the standard price. Founding coaches keep £9.99/month for the lifetime of their account, no matter when or how pricing changes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No minimum contract, no cancellation fee. Go to Settings → Manage subscription to cancel. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do I need Stripe to use Nextro?
Only if you want to accept card payments online. If you only take cash, you can use Nextro — log sessions as cash, track who has paid, and keep your booking page live. Connecting Stripe takes around 5 minutes and routes payments directly to your UK bank account.
Do clients need an account to book?
No. Clients book through your Nextro link without creating an account. They enter their name, email, and phone number — the whole booking takes under a minute.
How long does setup take?
Most coaches are fully live in under 15 minutes. Create your account, connect Stripe, set your weekly availability once, and share your booking link. Nextro keeps your booking page populated automatically from there.
