Manage your profile, username, services, cancellation policy, and subscription.
Update your display name
Your display name appears on your public booking page and in booking confirmation emails sent to clients.
- 1Go to Settings → Profile.
- 2Update your first name and/or last name.
- 3Click Save changes.
Change your username
Your username is the last part of your booking link — for example, nextroapp.com/book/yourname.
- 1Go to Settings → Profile.
- 2Find the Username field.
- 3Enter a new username (3–20 characters, lowercase letters, numbers, underscores, must start with a letter).
- 4Click Save changes.
Profile photo and bio
Your profile photo and bio appear on your public booking page. A professional photo and a short intro help clients feel confident booking with you.
- 1Go to Settings → Profile.
- 2Click your profile photo to upload a new one (JPG or PNG, under 5 MB).
- 3Add or edit your bio — keep it short and friendly (1–3 sentences works well).
- 4Click Save changes.
Contact details
You can choose whether clients see your phone number or email address on your booking page.
- 1Go to Settings → Profile.
- 2Toggle Show phone number or Show email address on or off.
- 3Click Save changes.
At least one contact method must be enabled. You can't turn both off — clients need a way to reach you about their booking.
Services and delivery modes
Services and delivery modes control what options appear on your booking page and slot creation form.
- 1Go to Settings → Services.
- 2Toggle the services and delivery modes you offer.
- 3Click Save services.
Changes apply to new slots only. Existing booked slots are not affected.
Cancellation policy
Your cancellation policy is displayed to clients on your booking page before they confirm. Setting a clear policy helps prevent last-minute cancellations.
- 1Go to Settings → Cancellation policy.
- 2Write your policy in the text field — for example, "Please give at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may not be refunded."
- 3Click Save policy.
Nextro does not enforce the policy automatically. Refunds are always issued when you cancel a booking — your policy is informational only. If you want to withhold a refund, handle that directly with the client outside Nextro.
Gym address and arrival notes
These details are shown to clients automatically in their booking confirmation email and on the confirmed booking page — but only for in-person sessions.
- 1Go to Bookings → In-person.
- 2Enter your gym or studio address.
- 3Add arrival notes — for example, "Meet at reception, 5 minutes before your session starts."
- 4Click Save details.
Keep this updated if you move venues. Clients who have already booked won't automatically receive the updated details — reach out to them directly if the address changes.
Online join link
Your Zoom or Google Meet link is shown to clients in their confirmation email and booking page — only for online sessions.
- 1Go to Bookings → Online.
- 2Enter your Zoom or Google Meet join link (must start with https://).
- 3Add joining instructions — for example, "Click the link 5 minutes before. No Zoom account needed."
- 4Click Save online details.
Manage your subscription
Nextro is £9.99/month for life (founding coach pricing — first 50 coaches). Standard price is £19.99/month. You can cancel at any time — no minimum contract.
- 1Go to Settings → Subscription.
- 2Click Manage subscription.
- 3You'll be taken to the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, update your card, or view invoices.
If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account is paused and your booking page is hidden. Your data is not deleted — if you resubscribe, everything comes back as normal.
