Clients

View your client list, search by name or email, and see a full history of sessions for any client.

View your client list

Nextro builds your client list automatically from bookings. Every client who has ever booked a session with you appears here.

  1. 1Go to Clients in the sidebar.
  2. 2Your full client list is shown, sorted by most recent booking.
  3. 3Each row shows the client's name, email, phone number, and the date of their last session.

Clients you logged manually via the Log booking form are also included. There is no separate step to add a client — they appear as soon as a booking exists for them.



View a client's session history

Tap or click any client to see a full list of their past and upcoming sessions with you.

  1. 1Go to Clients.
  2. 2Click the client's name or row.
  3. 3The session history panel shows all bookings for that client — date, time, service type, status, and payment.

Sessions are shown most recent first. Cancelled sessions are included so you have a full record. If a client has remaining session pack credits, their credit balance is also shown here.


What client details are stored

Nextro stores only the information clients provide when they book.

Name:First and last name entered at checkout or in the Log booking form.
Email:Used to identify the client, send confirmation emails, and match session pack credits.
Phone:Provided by the client at booking (optional for logged sessions).
Booking history:All sessions — booked, completed, and cancelled — linked to that email address.
Session pack credits:Remaining credits from any session packs purchased, tied to their email.

Nextro does not store payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe. Client data is associated with your account only and not shared with other coaches.
