Yes. Each session type has its own duration and price. Initial assessment (60 minutes), follow-up treatment (45 minutes), and discharge review (30 minutes) are all listed separately with the correct scheduling.
How does upfront payment work for private physiotherapy?
Patients pay the full session fee by card at the time of booking via Stripe. The money is deposited into your Stripe account. There is no invoicing, no payment terminal at reception, and no outstanding balances to manage.
Can physiotherapy clinics sell treatment packages through Nextro?
Yes. Nextro's credit pack feature lets you sell prepaid programmes — 6 sessions, 8 sessions — at a package rate. Patients purchase the programme online and redeem one session credit per booking.
What cancellation policy should a physiotherapy practice use?
A 24-hour cancellation window is standard. Full refund with more than 24 hours notice; session fee retained within 24 hours. Patients who genuinely cannot attend with short notice can reschedule rather than cancel — you retain the payment and the treatment continues.
Does Nextro work for physiotherapy practices with multiple therapists?
