How does prepayment work for chiropractic care plan patients?

Nextro's credit pack feature lets you sell prepaid session bundles — 6, 8, or 12 sessions — at a package rate. Patients purchase the care plan online and redeem one credit per visit. This is particularly effective for care plan patients who benefit from committing to the full programme upfront.

What cancellation policy should chiropractors use?

A 24-hour cancellation window is standard. Full refund with more than 24 hours notice; session retained within 24 hours. Patients can typically reschedule rather than cancel — they retain the payment credit and the care plan continues.

Does Nextro integrate with chiropractic practice management software?
