Pricing your session packages well
Session packs benefit both you and your clients — but only if they're priced and presented clearly.
A discount makes the pack, not just the price
Clients buy session packs for two reasons: convenience and savings. Showing the full value alongside the discounted price — and explicitly calling out what they save — makes the offer more compelling than a flat pack price alone.
10–15% is a common sweet spot
Most personal trainers offer between 10% and 15% off standard rate for a pack purchase. Enough to feel like a genuine saving, without eroding your per-session margin significantly.
Pack size affects commitment level
A 5-session pack is a lower barrier to entry — good for new clients. A 10 or 20-session pack creates longer commitment and more predictable income. Many PTs offer both, at different discount levels.
