Yes. Nextro's credit pack feature lets you sell prepaid lesson bundles — 5 lessons, 10 lessons — at a bundled rate. Parents or students purchase the pack online, and one lesson credit is redeemed per session booking.
What cancellation policy should tutors use?
A 24-hour cancellation window is standard. Full refund if the lesson is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance; lesson fee retained within 24 hours. For block lesson packs, cancellations typically use the session credit rather than a cash refund.
Can I manage both online and in-person tutoring sessions through Nextro?
Yes. List each delivery method as a separate service. Online tuition includes preparation notes for the video platform. Home visit tuition includes address or location details. Parents select which they prefer.
