Nextro

Booking software for

Pilates instructors and studios

Reformer 1:1 sessions, small group reformer classes, mat Pilates, and beginner workshops all require different room setups, different durations, and different client communication. Nextro handles each correctly so your studio runs to schedule and clients pay before they step on the reformer.

The problems you're solving

01

Reformer 1:1s and group classes are fundamentally different to manage

A reformer 1:1 is 55 minutes with one client paying the full session price. A small group reformer class has 3 to 6 participants at a lower per-person rate. Managing these through the same informal booking method creates confusion about availability and pricing.

02

New clients need an introductory session before joining classes

Most Pilates studios require new reformer clients to complete a foundation or introductory session before joining the regular class schedule. Without a clear booking flow that captures this requirement, new clients arrive in classes they're not ready for.

03

Equipment classes require confirmed headcounts for setup

Setting up reformers, Cadillac equipment, or props requires knowing how many people are attending before the session starts. Last-minute no-shows or unexpected additions disrupt the studio flow.

04

Waiting lists for popular classes are hard to manage manually

A popular Saturday morning class fills weeks in advance. Managing a paper or mental waitlist — notifying the right person when a space opens — is time-consuming and error-prone.

How Nextro solves it

What you get

1:1 sessions and group classes as separate booking options

Reformer 1:1: 55 minutes. Small group reformer: 60 minutes (up to 6 participants). Mat Pilates: 50 minutes. Each listed separately with the correct capacity and price.

Group class capacity management

Set a maximum capacity for each class. When the class is full, clients can't book it. Simple, automated, no manual waitlist management required.

Upfront card payment for all sessions

Whether a 1:1 or a group class, clients pay when they book. Reformer class preparation is based on confirmed, paid numbers — not speculative attendees.

Introductory session as a separate, required service

List your foundations or introductory session as a distinct service. New clients can be directed to book this first. After completing it, they move to the regular class schedule.

Session credit packs for regular clients

Sell 8 or 12-class passes as prepaid bundles. Clients who pre-purchase a class pack are your most reliable attenders.

Automatic reminders and rebooking prompts

24-hour reminders for every session. After a class, a rebooking prompt goes out — keeping clients on their practice schedule.

Questions answered

Common questions

Answers about booking, payments, and getting started with Nextro.

Can Pilates studios manage both 1:1 reformer and group mat classes through Nextro?

Yes. Nextro supports both single-client bookings and group class bookings with a set capacity. Your 1:1 reformer sessions and group mat or reformer classes are listed as separate services, each with the correct duration and participant limit.

How does Nextro handle group class capacity for Pilates?

Each class service has a set capacity. When the class is full, it no longer appears as bookable. Clients who arrive at a full class are shown no available times for that session — they must select a different date.

Can I sell a Pilates class pack through Nextro?

Yes. Nextro's credit pack feature lets you sell prepaid class bundles — 8 classes, 12 classes — at a package rate. Clients purchase the bundle and redeem one credit per booking.

How should Pilates studios handle beginner clients who haven't done an introductory session?

List your introductory session as a separate service and direct new clients to book it first. Your booking page description can clearly state that the introductory session is required before joining the regular class timetable.

Can Pilates instructors working from home or a rented studio space use Nextro?

Yes. Home-based and hire-space Pilates instructors use the same booking page and payment system. You can include location details and any access instructions in your booking page description.
