Nextro's credit pack feature lets you sell prepaid training bundles online. A client buys a 10-session pack, the credits are added to their account, and they redeem one credit per booking. This is the standard PT business model — Nextro just automates the purchasing and redemption process.
Can personal trainers take card payment instead of bank transfer?
Yes. All payments through Nextro are made by card via Stripe. Clients pay when they book a session or purchase a pack. There is no bank transfer coordination, no chasing, and no payment uncertainty.
Does Nextro work for PTs who train clients outdoors or at the client's home?
Yes. Mobile personal trainers — park-based, outdoor bootcamp, or home visit — use the same booking page and payment system. You can include location information and any requirements in your booking page description.
What is Nextro's commission on personal trainer bookings?
Nextro charges no commission on bookings. You pay £29/month flat. Stripe charges its standard UK card processing rate (1.5% + 20p), which is passed to the client as a small service fee at checkout. There is no Nextro take on your session revenue.
Can I use Nextro alongside a gym's own booking system?
Yes. Nextro is your independent booking system — it operates separately from any gym's internal software. Clients who find you outside the gym booking system, or who prefer to book directly, use your Nextro link.
