Yes. When a client books through your Nextro page, they pay the full service price upfront by card via Stripe. This functions as a mandatory deposit — if they cancel or no-show, you are already paid. You can also set a cancellation policy that determines how much is refunded if they cancel within a certain window.
Does Nextro work for BIAB and gel nail bookings?
Yes. You can list each service separately — BIAB Infill (90 min, £45), BIAB Full Set (2 hrs, £65), Gel Polish (45 min, £30) — with its own duration and price. Nextro only shows valid booking slots for each service, so clients can't accidentally book a 90-minute infill into a 45-minute gap.
Can I take nail art bookings through Nextro?
Yes. Nail art typically runs longer than standard treatments. You can set a custom duration for nail art appointments — 2 hours, 2.5 hours, whatever works for your process — and Nextro will only show slots where that duration fits your working day.
How does Nextro help me reduce no-shows?
Clients pay upfront at the time of booking. This removes the main reason people cancel last-minute — there is no sunk cost to ghosting a free slot. Nextro also sends an automatic reminder 24 hours before the appointment. Between the upfront payment and the reminder, most nail techs see an immediate drop in no-shows.
Can I sell BIAB infill packs to regulars?
