Nextro doesn't have a built-in patch test tracker, but you can add a note to your booking page explaining that new clients must complete a patch test before their first appointment. Many lash techs use this as an intake step — if a client books without a patch test record, you contact them before the appointment to arrange it.
How should lash technicians handle infill no-shows?
With Nextro, infill clients pay upfront when they book. A no-show doesn't leave you out of pocket — you've already been paid. Your cancellation policy determines whether they receive any refund if they cancel within a certain window.
Can I list Russian volume, hybrid, and classic as separate services?
