Booking software for

Brow technicians

Microblading consultations, touch-up scheduling, lamination appointments, and threading sessions all have different timing requirements and different client preparation needs. Nextro manages all of it — clients book the right service, pay upfront, and arrive ready.

The problems you're solving

01

Microblading touch-ups have strict timing windows

A microblading touch-up must happen 4–8 weeks after the initial session — not before, not after. Managing this through DMs and mental notes leads to clients coming too early (wasted session) or too late (faded results that reflect poorly on your work).

02

Consultation requirements aren't communicated clearly enough

New microblading clients need a consultation before their appointment. Skin type assessment, medical history, and design discussion all happen before any work begins. Without a clear process, clients arrive expecting the full appointment and leave disappointed.

03

Patch tests must happen at the right time

Any tint or dye product requires a patch test 48 hours before the appointment. This is a legal requirement, not a suggestion. Tracking who has had one, for which service, and when — across a busy diary — is error-prone without the right system.

04

Short threading slots are hard to fill when clients no-show

An eyebrow threading appointment can be as short as 15 minutes. When a client cancels last-minute, that slot is nearly impossible to fill. The income is small individually but adds up significantly when no-shows are frequent.

How Nextro solves it

What you get

Individual service lengths for every brow treatment

Threading: 15 minutes. Tinting: 30 minutes. Brow lamination: 60 minutes. Microblading initial: 2.5 hours. Touch-up: 90 minutes. Each service shows the correct available times.

Upfront card payment for all bookings

Clients pay when they book — whether it's a £12 threading session or a £150 microblading appointment. Upfront payment works equally well at both price points. No-show risk disappears.

Service notes for client preparation

Add preparation instructions to each service on your booking page — avoid retinol for 2 weeks before microblading, arrive with clean, product-free brows, arrange patch test in advance. Clients read these before booking, not on the day.

Automatic rebooking prompts for regular treatments

Clients on a 4-week threading cycle or a 6-week lamination maintenance schedule receive a rebooking nudge automatically — keeping your diary full without you manually following up.

Credit packs for regular threading clients

Offer 6 or 8 threading appointments as a prepaid pack. Regular threading clients who pre-purchase are your most loyal — they have a financial reason to keep coming back.

No marketplace, no competing listings

Your Nextro booking page is entirely yours. No other brow techs on the same page, no platform algorithm determining who clients see first.

Questions answered

Common questions

Answers about booking, payments, and getting started with Nextro.

How do brow technicians manage patch test requirements through a booking system?

You can add a note to relevant services on your Nextro booking page explaining the patch test requirement. Many brow techs contact new clients directly after they book to arrange the patch test appointment. The booking system handles scheduling and payment; the patch test process is typically managed by direct communication.

Can I set different prices for eyebrow threading vs. full brow shaping?

Yes. Each service has its own name, duration, and price. You can list threading, shaping, waxing, tinting, lamination, and microblading as completely separate services with individual pricing.

Is Nextro suitable for mobile brow technicians?

Yes. Mobile brow technicians use the same Nextro booking page and payment system. You can note your mobile service area and any requirements for the client's space on your booking page.

What happens if a microblading client can't attend their touch-up within the required window?

Your cancellation policy determines the outcome. For microblading, many technicians have a strict policy — the touch-up window is fixed and rescheduling may incur an additional fee. You set the policy; clients see it before they book.

Can I take a booking deposit for microblading without charging the full price?

Nextro takes the full service price at booking. For high-value treatments like microblading, charging the full amount upfront is the most effective approach for protecting your time. You can always choose to refund a portion if a client cancels with sufficient notice.
