Can CrossFit gyms sell monthly class passes through Nextro?

Yes. Nextro's credit pack feature lets you sell prepaid class bundles — 10 classes, 20 classes — at a monthly rate. Members purchase the pack and redeem one credit per class booking.

How does Nextro manage WOD class capacity?

Each class service has a maximum participant number. When the class is full, it's no longer bookable. Coaches see accurate headcounts in advance.

Can I make foundations onboarding mandatory for new members through Nextro?

List your foundations course as a distinct service and make clear in your regular class booking that prior foundations completion is required. Your booking page description can guide new members through the correct onboarding pathway.

What cancellation policy should CrossFit gyms use?

A 24-hour cancellation window is standard for regular WOD classes. Credits are retained rather than refunded within the cancellation window. For 1:1 coaching sessions, a 48-hour window is more appropriate.

Does Nextro work for affiliate CrossFit gyms charging drop-in fees?

Yes. List a drop-in class service at your drop-in rate. Visiting athletes from other boxes book and pay the drop-in fee through your Nextro page.
