Set a strict cancellation policy on your Nextro booking page — for example, no refund if the appointment is cancelled within 60 or 90 days of the wedding. Clients acknowledge this policy when they book. If they cancel, the payment stays with you.
Can I manage both a bridal trial and a wedding morning booking through Nextro?
