How Stripe Connect works
Nextro uses Stripe Connect to link your Stripe account to the platform. When a customer pays, the payment is processed by Stripe and routed to your connected bank account — Nextro never holds your revenue.
Payment collected at the point of booking
Payment is collected when the customer completes their booking — before the appointment takes place. This eliminates unpaid appointments and removes the need to send invoices or follow up.
Payouts processed on Stripe's standard schedule
Once a customer pays, the funds are processed through Stripe and paid out to your bank on Stripe's standard payout schedule. You have full visibility of payment status and payouts through your Stripe dashboard.
