Is there really a free trial?
Yes. When you sign up, your first 3 days are free — no charge, no commitment. After the trial, your subscription starts at £29/month. You can cancel before the trial ends and you won't be billed.
Do I receive my full listed price?
Yes, always. Nextro never deducts commission from your earnings. If you charge £50 for an appointment, you receive exactly £50. A small service fee is added to the customer's checkout total — it never comes out of your listed price.
What does the customer service fee actually look like?
Here's a real example: you charge £50 for an appointment. Your customer pays £51.73. You receive exactly £50. The service fee covers payment processing costs and keeps Nextro commission-free for businesses. Cash payments have no service fee.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No minimum contract, no cancellation fee. Go to Settings → Manage billing to cancel. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do I need to set up card payments to use Nextro?
No. You can use Nextro right away — log appointments as cash, track who has paid, and keep your booking page live. Online card payments are coming soon.
Do customers need an account to book?
No. Customers book through your Nextro link without creating an account. They enter their name, email, and phone number — the whole booking takes under a minute.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are fully live in under 15 minutes. Create your account, set your weekly availability once, and share your booking link. Nextro keeps your booking page populated automatically from there.
